The Woodlands of Dewitt Senior Living

 

Concept

The Woodlands of Dewitt is a senior living community with Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. The goal of designing this booklet, was to create a piece that reflected the relaxing and calming feeling of "home." I wanted the piece to feel very warm and uplifting, while incorporating a natural color scheme of nature-like tones throughout. This color scheme not only applies to the goal and feel of this piece, but it also reflects the name of the community, "The Woodlands." This booklet highlights the various benefits, perks, and living quarters of this senior living community. I sought to organize the information throughout, in a visually organized way that incorporates lively photos and a clean breakdown of information.
